Theater Department Announces 2014-2015 Season

SUNY Buffalo State’s Casting Hall Productions has announced diverse and exciting lineup of student performances for the 2014–2015 academic year.


Romeo and Juliet

By William Shakespeare. Directed by Jennifer Toohey.
Performances: October 8–11 and October 15–18 at 8:00 p.m. and October 11 and 18 at 2:00 p.m.
Flexible Theatre, Donald Savage Theater and Communication Building
 

 


Footloose the Musical

Directed and choreographed by Carlos Jones.Special funding by Andy Anselmo.
Performances: November 13–15 and November 20–22 at 8:00 p.m. and November 15 and 22 at 2:00 p.m.
Warren Enters Theatre, Upton Hall

 


The Brothers Size

Poetic drama by Tarell Alvin McCraney. Directed by Aaron Moss.
Performances: February 11–14 at 8:00 p.m. and February 14 at 2:00 p.m.

The Importance of Being Earnest

Classic comedy by Oscar Wilde. Directed by Donn Youngstrom.
Performances: March 12–14 and March 17–20 at 8:00 p.m. and March 14 at 2:00 p.m.

Blue Prints: Dance and Architecture

The Buffalo State faculty-choreographed dance concert.
Performances: April 29–30 and May 1–2 at 8:00 p.m. and May 2 at 2:00 p.m.
